Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel was conveniently located for a 1-night stopover, great for flight connections. The room was small and not up to my usual expectations from Marriott. Service was pleasant but not as impressive as expected from a 5-star hotel. The dining experience was average, with delayed service and overpriced drinks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were in excellent condition, very clean, and comfortable, offering a convenient location near the airport, although they overlooked the expressway. The service provided was friendly and helpful, with the convenience of drop off at the airport. The location was perfectly situated next to the airport, making my brief stay worthwhile. However, I found the dining experience to be lacking, with overpriced drinks. In the end, everything worked out great, and the staff and service were commendable.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The convenience store and the restaurant added to the comfort, even though the rooms felt a bit stuffy and had a slight odor. The presentation was elegant and visually appealing.
The hotel had nice, comfortable beds but felt dated and average. Unfortunately, the room was full of dust and seemed overlooked in terms of cleanliness before our stay. On the bright side, they even provided complimentary individually packaged headphones in case we forgot ours.
I found this hotel exceptionally clean, with everything I needed on-site. This is my go-to place when visiting Philly. However, the food delivery seemed more like something from the airport, lacking glassware for drinks and an awkward tipping situation. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was great.
The hotel provides a quiet and comfortable stay with a great view of the Airport. However, the rooms are a little on the small side compared to other Marriotts. It would be great if they could add microwaves and fridges or a public microwave.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Terminal B, offering easy access to the airport terminals and shuttle bus services. While the rooms were clean and well-equipped, the noise from the elevator was bothersome. The service was a mix of unhelpful attitudes and extremely helpful assistance. The dining experience, although included, had some disappointing aspects. Overall, the hotel provided a convenient stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, especially for catching an early morning flight, with a jet bridge directly from the hotel to the airport. However, the room service experience was a bit frustrating, and the lack of glasses for drinks was inconvenient. The dining options were good, but the service left a bit to be desired.
